Submitting A Claim As A DEALER

STEP 1

ENSURE YOU HAVE  AN ACTIVE CONTRACT

Request the customer checks their contract to ensure it is active and the issue could be a covered claim.

Contracts have a 'Guide to Filing a Claim' section please read this section before filing. 

STEP 2

FILL OUT CLAIMS FORM

All fields are required. 

Any missing information will delay claim.

STEP 3

SUBMIT CLAIM

Will will respond to your claim in the order they are received.  Please allow some time for a response. Multiple submissions or calls will not speed up this process.

STEP 4

UPLOAD ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Upload a file and/or photo of the issue the customer is are having, formal estimate with part numbers and labor rates and sales tax, any other supporting documentation for your claim. **CLAIMS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION**
